Shipping and returns
All of our products will be shipped to the address provided when you placed the order. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. All garments are shipped via USPS and tracking information is available. If you have not received your purchased items, in the first instance we ask that you track your order with the information provided. All orders are normally delivered within 10 working days but due to the nature of the personalized products we allow up to 28 days. The working week is defined as Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00pm (EST). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed during the next working business day.
Returns/cancellations and after sales policy
We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on garments that do not have the additional personalization, providing you notify us of such a request within 3 days of receiving your garments. We regret that we cannot provide refunds or replacements on items where you have chosen to have additonal personalization unless they are damaged or faulty.
If you wish to return any items purchased from us, you will need to contact us to obtain a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outside packaging. You are responsible for ensuring your returned items reach us in good condition. If you are unsure about purchasing from our shop, please do not do so.
